Why is it cheaper here than in the app?
Apple and Google charge apps a commission of up to 30% on in-app purchases. Web checkout doesn't carry that commission, so we pass the difference to you. Nothing about your plan changes — only the price.
Is my plan identical to the in-app one?
Yes. Same tier, same features, same limits, same billing period. Your entitlement lives on your HaskeAI account, not on the store — so it syncs across Zafi and Haske Academy, and across your devices.
I already subscribed through the app store. What happens?
You can let the store subscription run to the end of its period, then renew here at the web price. Manage or cancel store subscriptions anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods depending on your country. Checkout is processed by Airwallex; Haske never sees or stores your card number.
Can I gift a plan or pay for someone else?
Yes. Every purchase issues a redeem code you can share. The recipient enters it in any of the three apps to activate the plan on their own account.
How do I cancel?
Web subscriptions can be cancelled from this portal at any time — sign in with your phone number and manage your plan. No lock-ins, no cancellation fees.
